This is one of the coolest accessories I have ever used with my Binoviewers - it is basically an OCA with variable magnifications! It has the OCA elements mounted in a wheel fitted to accept a 1.25 Binoviewer nosepiece and allows you to adjust the magnification from 1.25x to 2.5x to 3.5x simply by turning the wheel! Design is telecentric, meaning that the ER and AFOV of your eps do not change when using the barlow (same effect that the TV Powermates create). The optical quality of the image in the barlow is excellent. It also has an adjustable lower element tube to allow the unit to come to focus in any newtonian, refractor, or SCT. This unit is item "C" under power mag wheels:
C) Power Mag Wheel for Ref/Dob 1.3x - 2.5x - 3.5x Total focus swing is 33mm from low to high mag switching. This favors easy focus for both Dobs refractors.
