mmmm, good, but for the price... I would have expected more. Definitely you'll need very good skies to notice significant differences in nebulas, and should consider that it will black out the fainter stars, so starry backgrounds (one of the main and nicest objectives of binocular stargazing) will be diminished. Not for everyone I think.
