Congrats on the new scope !

Very beautiful all dressed in black.
I just got a new skywatcher 100ed/black diamond which I believe is the same company that makes the EON's but under the equinox name?

Yours is very nice! Enjoy & hope you have many clear nights

Thanks, Mike! I love this scope! Smile Congrats on your Skywatcher 100ed/Black Diamond too -- I'm not positive if the EONs are like the Equinox but I think I've heard something like that on CN. They are great scopes/wonderful values!

Thanks & hopefully the sky will clear here in Hawaii soon so I can use it Smile

I had heard about the Equinox after browsing the skywatcher site. I wanted one but thought they were only sold in Canada.

Later I found the EON but had already ordered my scope.
Looking at it & the Equinox I think they may very well be the same.

But looking at Canadian prices it seems the better deal through Orion too.

I hope you continue to have nice weather & enjoy your new scope

Aloha
