Original Cave from '59 that was shipped to me in many pieces. PiSigma was nice enough to install all the optics (and answer many questions) for me. Cleaned up very nice for a 52 year old scope!

Thanks highfnum. We believe the finder is a Criterion, not sure if it was an "upgrade" when the scope was purchased. I am considering painting it to match the OTA. We got it all back together yesterday (12/17/11) and the weather did not cooperate to get it out. The primary and secondary have no chips, but have the original 52 year old coatings so could use a recoat someday. The pier is all original paint, as well as the OTA.

Your gallery is a real treat for those of us who have been around long enough to recall all these classics!
