| Description: |
36 Andromedae (6.0, 6.4; 0.9"; 313°), located 4.1° south and 1.2° east of 65 Psc and just west of Eta Andromedae, is a pretty severe test of resolution for a 6-inch scope. At 240x the stars appeared peanut-shaped with a slight notch between them but no dark sky indicative of true resolution. |
