Hi,

Here is my first attempt to make animation of the sunrise on Moon.
During my imaging session 3 March 2009 I made 2 panoramas with the interval of 1.5 hours, so there was a good opportunity to make an animation. As there are only frames made, it was necessary to make intermediate frames for smooth transition. Transitional frames were made as a sum of the initial 2 frames with different weight.
Imaging details:
Scope - TAL-250K, camera - DMK31 with red filter.
Time for each frame - 20:26 and 21:54 MSK (GMT +3h), place - Moscow, Russia.
Processing - Registax 5 beta and AVIStack for basic images, Photoshop CS3 - for intermediate images and VirtualDub - for animated GIF.
Here is the result: Sunrise animation
File size is about 2Mb.

This is splendid! A beautiful piece of work, both at the telescope and in Photo Shop. Well done.
