For those of you that were able to see the space shuttle lastnight, I would have to say that this was one of the most spectacular ones I have ever witnessed. Shortly after the launch I saw what looked like a smoke ring glowing where the shuttle dissapeard from sight. Here are some photos I took after running into the house to grab the digital camera. I think it is ice crystals from the water vapor left behind from the rocket engines. Although I could be totally wrong. Did anyone else who saw the launch also see this blue glowing cloud?

Thanks Freddy. That was one of the neatest things I have seen with any of the launches I have seen. That thing hung around until total darkness.
