Comet Lulin - still impressionable

Dear observers,

monday night I had the chance to observe the comet again. I used my 32cm Dob @ 96x for this task an saw a lot of detail.

Wow! That is a very impressive sketch. It does make a big difference when the moon is out of the sky. :waytogo:

Nice sketch to show the details :bow: :bow: :bow: It is 'impressionable' that a second ion tail and the anti-tail are still visible as you indicate in your sketch.

I never got to a dark location or had the combination of good weather to see Lulin at its peak except from the 'half-way out of town' location where I now reside.

Keep us posted; I always look forward to seeing your fine accurate impressionable sketching.

Thanks for posting your fine, accurate observational sketch of Comet Lulin. I was out on Tuesday night with only 10.8 cm of aperture, but also saw the the large comet head and extension off to the side. :)
