Hello,

we have with APM now 1 pc big fast Rich Field Achromat ( 2 element airspacest fraunhofer achromat ) in stock,
D=203 mm, f/1200 mm ,
with a longer focuse 2" eyepiece you will get to see the giant 2.25 degree FOV with contrast and pin point stars of a high quality 8" Refractor

We designed and manufactured this large APM achromat for those customers who love wide field viewing, but dislike reflective telescopes, such as the classical Newtonians and Dobsonians, and their spider vane diffraction spikes, need to be regularly collimated and cleaned as well as the often awkward observing position they can require. For those customers who love pin point stars on a black background, and who like to observe the many Milky Way objects, galaxies and nebula with a 2" wide field eyepiece, this scope may be for you. It is exceptional at viewing large, dim and diffuse objects with a 2" O-III filter.

The stocking sample in USA has excaptional high quality optics for such fast achro.
