Tonight M44 was in line/between Mars and Moon. Both was separated from M44 for approx. about 4 degrees.
Huge light polution from Moon was observed. Only that amount of stars in Beehive I was able to see:

S1mas,

An excellent observation of the beehive Cluster (M44) in Cancer in the Moonlight. Thank you for sharing it with us all.

Nice capture of the moonlight with the visible members of M44. Hauntingly exquisite, I like it a lot. Thanks for sharing it.

S1mas,

The bright moonlight takes away from the open cluster but it is always an interesting target when above the horizon. Very fine sketch. :rainbow:
