Hi

I have been using a CG-5 for 6 months overall well pleased
but the Dec seems to be problematic I have tried re-greasing and re-adjusting the worms and neutral balance.

I get spikes on the PHD graphs at times and long periodic waveforms going to .9 pixels on the graph.. This seems to be more prevelent near zenith and beyond and lower to the horizon ... not sure if this is normal though...am I expecting to much or is there an issue I am unaware of

My PHD setting are:

agressivness 90
Hysterisis 10
Dec guide mode auto
max duration 600
dec slope weight 5 Not sure about this param
Calibration steps 900
Min motion pixels .2
Time Lapse 2ms
Exposure time 2 seconds for DSI imager

I use a 600mm ed80 and 66mm sd to guide with depending
on which tube gets the ccd

Thanks

Greg
