Hi guys ....
Today I received an email from you know who, telling me that my AP1200 was on the final phase, and ready to be shipped in the next 2 weeks....

This is sooooooo cool....
I cant wait, cant sleep, cant work... :)

Congratulations! I would think that a bottle of expensive Champagne would be in order to christen the new mount.

nice one i hadnt seen an AP mount in the flesh when i got my 900, all i can say is photos dont do them justice -)

I really love my AP1200, congrats on a great mount. I have about 80 pounds of gear on mine perhaps.

No,you have to wait a decade for a scope from AP...the mounts do not actually require that much of a wait(comparitively...)..
I think the current wait list for the AP160 is at least 8 years!!!!
THAT is crazy!!

Lol wow! You are in for a treat! The AP1200 is a beast but is still very easy to handle! I have seen several and they are just awesome mounts! Congrats!

The AP1200GTO is much bigger (and heavier) in person than in pictures. It really something where pictures do not prepare you for the experience.

Interesting isn't it, the first time you see one?
I moved from an EM400, so it wasn't startling. In fact I was relieved since the size of my scope worried me :)
