Hello, quick question please.

I know its hard to believe, but yes, Im a little confused about the G11's UTC time.

Ive read that the EST UTC time is 4 hours ahead, but what about now at DST? Shouldnt I be five hours ahead now?

I use docgoerlich's utc/date webpage to set my UTC time, but its still 4 hours ahead and not five.

For instance, right now it says that 10:34 am is actually 14:34, shouldnt it be 15:34 under Daylight Savings Time?
Then in November, go back to the 4hours ahead when we fall back?

Thanks!

Just exactly backwards from what you said - in the Eastern time zone, we're currently under DST (EDT) and we're 4 hours behind UTC. When we're OFF of DST, and on back on Standard Time (EST), we'll be 5 hours behind UTC. Anyone that knows me knows I can't stand the time changes. :( I would be thrilled if everyone just kept UTC!

Thank you Dave. I guess I can put faith in the doc goerlich link then!
