Herwith is my Kenko GEM1 eq mount in AltAz mode with a Vixen SS100 achromat refractor OTA (100 mm f/6.8).

Nothing fancy, just my home made mount carrying my home made 70mm, f/6 RTF refractor

That's sweet Neo...the machining is very clean and the minimalism is wonderful. Did you mate your mount to an LXD 55 tripod? Clear skies!

I've machined as little as possible on this one. The arms of the fork are in fact metal pieces (I don't know the exact term) used in wood buildings to reinforce the structure. It was very useful bicouse the holes are readily made so I just could assemble everything.

No, I haven't used a LXD tripod, but it could be done with a simple adapter, I'm sure. The fork is fixed on a simple aluminum disk laying around, seating on a teflon washer on the base of the tripod. The tripod it's from some old Eq2 mount.

Here is myCelestron C5 on a modified AltAz mount with a Velbon carbon fiber tripod. It is modified from a Mini Porta clone and the whole set up can be put into a small back pack for travelling。
