Where to buy new byers to DIY an EQ Mount?

I would like to find 2 BYERS.BIGGER than 9 INCH but not too expensive(Less than 1500 USD) Does anybody have an idea ?

Hi and Welcome to the CN Forums. I've been seeing parts for these pop up on AMart from time to time, maybe post a wated ad in the mounts section here, AMart too. May take time to be seen, I'd be patient.

ebay seller scopehed1 (Bill Vorce) always has Byers gears for sale..

Does anybody know how big is the byer on CPC 1100 fork mount
and the one on Meade LX 200 12-ACF Fork mount?

The Super C8 has a 7.5" 359-tooth Byers gear.

I don't think the CPC 1100 or Meade LX200 have Byers gears.. because I believe Ed Byers doesn't make gears anymore.

Here's an ad for a 12" Byers gear for $850.
