The sun has been much more active recently and today was no different...It's not to scale due to the amount of details I could see...

There are 4 active regions on the disk today plus some more complex proms!

Excellent observations of the Sun showing very active prominence activity. The observation made on August 6 shows even more delicate detail than the day before. Thank you for sharing them with us all.

Today was no less spectacular!...The fact it's so dynamic is the major draw, no pun intended, to the Sun for me!
