My club has an old Orion telecompressor focal reducer that is 1.25" with telecompressor written on the side in green letters. Were these things half decent?

What amount does it reduce?

Would it work better on a SCT than the standard meade/celestron .63x reducer?

We have 1.25" CCD cameras for the club so it could potentially be useful, just trying to see where it'd be best used.

I believe it was a 6.3 reducer. Perhaps someone else can confirm? :)
