During lunch break I took my 60mm H-alpha telescope outside for a quick look at the Sun. There were some great bright prominences visible. I made a sketch using a white pastel pencil on black paper. (11.15 - 11.30 UT). Later I photographed the sketch and gave it a red color with Photoshop. Magnificaton was 70x (10mm plossl).

Roel,

An outstanding observation of interesting prominences along the solar limb. You have captured the power of the prominences very nicely. Thank you for sharing them with us all.
