I will plan on bringing my Stellarvue SV115 triplet and if the weather looks to be really good then I'll pack up my 1964 Model 160 Unitron (4", f/15 with mechanical clock drive).

Well .... my oldest 'fractor is a f/9 Meade 127ED and my newest is a WO Meg72 w/DDG.
So I think a little old and a little new is a good combo !!

Looking forward to it !!

Maybe I can attend - It would be less than a 2 hour drive for me. I could bring my Vixen 140NA. But I think I already have something going on that weekend.

OK, it's one month away! There are 15 yeas so far but few names attached.
IF you are still planning on coming, please post. I can provide detailed directions to anyone who needs as well as a list of nearby lodging, restaurants and beer joints to any who need it.

Planning on coming. Have a new truck to try out for the road trip. Bringing along the whole crew, so I'm interested in the local lodging/etc details.

Isn't looking very good for having the new 160 with me though. :(

Clear skies,
-Gord

Here is an interactive map with nearby hotels and eats. This is about a 10 minute drive from the site.

8 days away! So far, the forecast is looking GREAT! Let's hope it stays that way. I'd like to get a list together of who's coming and who's on the fence. There is plenty of power on the field but you may want to bring an extension cord or two. There is plenty of space to pitch a tent or park your travel trailer. (no hookups)
Two bathrooms, microwave, refrigerator and gas grill. A local pizza shop delivers to the site and there are a few diners near by.

Hey Luke,

The weather is not looking good for Fri/Sat. That and my little one has come down with strep, so I won't be attending. Given the forecast, any chance of looking at the rain date? I think you mentioned something in October?
