Greetings solar friends!

while seeing was not too crisp, I did manage to get a few 2.5x close ups with the Lunt LS100 and DMK51 camera this weekend. Ive also included several spicule swirls on the disk because they looked very interesting too. I hope you enjoy them - Thanks for looking.

Love the prom in pic 4. It was interesting, didn't evolve much all afternoon. Kindof kept that configuration.

Thanks Andrew and Alan! I can pull a good picture out of bad seeing much better with Autostakkert2 than either AVIstack or Registax. These are the best 5% of 2000 frames.

That last one is top quality!! Very sharp detail and nice Golden color. Well Done. :)

Thanks guys! The secret here to getting sharp images in poor seeing is to take an extraordinary number of images in the AVI. Here I was taking 2000 frames, at a pokey 7.5 fps which is the appearent maxiumum with my DMK51 with a super fast quad core I7 computer.
