Beautiful book with a nice layout and excellent selection of objects. There were also some interesting asterisms. I think this observing guide would have been improved if it contained more information about what the objects were about, rather than mostly, just visual descriptions on what objects appear like at the eyepiece. It's not a very thought provocative source.

Two weekends ago I had the opportunity to enjoy some dark skies. I hadn't done much (anything?) in Bootes so I pulled out her book and Bingo!, a nice tour of Bootes. I echo others' generous comments. It's a thoughtfully-arranged, highly useful, wonderful read.
