Interested in an advanced star atlas/iPhone/iPad?

@Dave, i will provide a fancier index image with exactly the same dimensions.
The links are made by keeping an array of charts which contain the RA/Dec and bordering charts. This is required for good navigation and search functionality.

Now, perhaps that's not necessary, if one can swipe left-right, up or down to go the chart in question. However, both methods would be useful--e.g., there could even be embedded links to jump to additional, very deep charts, say for the Virgo Cluster or Sagittarius-- much the way the old Edmund Mag 6 Star Atlas did.

- all Triatlas C charts
- Night mode
- Full Screen mode
- Screen rotation (portrait/landscape)
- In-map navigation to neighbouring charts (the chart numbers Astraforce Paul is mentioning)
This app will be FREE of charge!
Thanks to everyone who's involved with testing.
In the meanwhile i'll continue to add some 'premium features to the app:
- Setting circles
- Memo recorder
- NGC/Messier search
- Chart inversion

PS: iPushto looks promising. Does it really work with an iron tube?

Within 2 weeks i'll move to a place in the mountains to observe and test the iPhone/iPad atlas app. After bugfixing and finetune i'll submit the app. It will be late september/oct.
PS It's easy to test if your telescope is 'iPushTo' capable by starting the compass app and see if there's a 'compass interference' message all the time. If it s not, or if it dissapears you can purchase the Pushto app.

Have you tried png compression?. It tends to be the best in charts

The app was rejected because of cosmetical issues. They didn't like the star charts at Apple. Maybe it will show up at Cydia, because of the time spent. The app works really well.
If anyone can design a beautiful index page (thats what the complaint was about), i'll be glad to hear. I'm not good at graphical design. (Better at coding )
