Hi to all!

I was pretty excited to use my new Lunt LS60T solar scope. I was impressed by the posts of the solar artists here on the forum.

This is my first sketch made on June 29th. The first observation was rewarded by a large proeminence.

There is room for improvement, but I am pleased with the result.

Jean

So far so good guys!!! The way I see it, I was pretty lucky to have this nice proeminence in my first attempt.

Here is the same sketch worked in Photoshop CS3. It better reflects the real colors...

Jean, glad you are enjoying your new scope. I like the sketch, especially the brighter second version.

Jean,

Congratulations on your scope and sketch. That size prom is not normal and was welcoming you to solar observing. :)

Congratulations Jean. That spectacular prom was a wonderful sight to baptize your LS60T. Great stuff!
