Given my reputation as a maker of high quality achromats, I knew that when the time came to make an apochromat, it had to be something special… :cool:

Recently, I was given this opportunity when a client contacted me and inquired whether I would construct a tube faithful to my Victorian designs around his own objective lens; a LOMO 102/800...

The Televue 4" cradle fits perfectly (not an accident) :D. The brass object is a solar finder:
