A friend of mine inherited a couple of pieces by Ron Russell from her father, who was an amateur astronomer.

She's not looking to make money off them. She just doesn't want to keep them and wants to know if she should attempt to place them in an appreciative home vs. just tossing them or giving them to Goodwill.

Photos of the pieces here (the figure visible at the bottom of the pics is my friend's reflection when she was photographing them).

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Wow, they are nice! It would be a real shame to toss them, or even to give to Goodwill, where someone might not appreciate them.

Did she ever dispose of them. I bet my local planetarium could make good use of them.

I'd buy the top one in green!
