Hi all!
This is my Jupiter sketch that I made this morning after a long break with a 90mm refractor and a Baader Neodymium filter.
NPR - grey
NTB - redish, proeminent, now looks detached from NEB
NEB - redish, in momemt of good seeing texture was visibile in the belt
EZ - pale grey-orange
SEB - dark-red and uniform, no texture visible
SPR - grey

Catalin,

You captured a fine view of the planet and it's cloud belts.
Well done.

Frank :)

Great first sketch of Jupiter. It nice to see Jupiter right side up for a change. Sometimes I forget it is flipped in my dob.

Cat,

Fine work on this sketch. I like the subtle diagonal shading crossing the SEB. You also captured the broad appearance of the NEB/NTB nicely.
