I made yet another post mistake. I copied and pasted data taken from the internet. I should have only posted the information link. Oops! :rainbow:

This sort of sums it up pretty clearly... (I wonder why there are far fewer restrictions for the "amateur" gold collector/ hunter?) :question:

Note: How in the world can the government possibly enforce such rules?
