I was so excited about receiving it, I forgot about my signature. Initial impressions are WOW. I was very surprised about how light it is. For the size, 26 pounds is very surprising. The unfortunate thing is that I won't be able to us it for at least another month. I am currently building a house and an observatory. Just got the walls up on the observatory but I obviously won't be putting any equipment in it until the house is done.

They aren't kidding around when they pack stuff.

Just wait until you get to use it. You'll be asking yourself why you were wasting time with anything else.

What was your biggest improvement using this mount compared to your old one?

It's already aligned, and just works. All you have to do when you set up is true-up the polar alignment. It's so different, it's hard to imagine.
