Trying to take advantage of clear skies and decent seeing conditions while I can. Imaged Jupiter in chilly weather conditions this morning. Nice for a change! Also including my first IR image as well. Thanks for looking.

Wow that one blue streamer almost rides the equator. Very well done Frank!

Pete

P.S. Do the "blue streamers" have technical name? I thought they might be called "festoons" but I'm not sure.

Frank,

Quite the awesome image! It was cool out this morning, I was wearing sweats and a jacket during my session!

Great shots, Frank. I think we are about to enter a week of clear skies for imaging. And, falling temps. Thanks.

Lovely image...

If you have clear skies and good seeing I am jealous. Major squall line is moving through North Texas...

Brad

Great work Frank  I am now a true believer in the power of the IR filter, I think it will make a tremendous difference in my RGB imaging.

Clear Skies,
Brian :waytogo:
