I recently purchased a part for my G11 from a well known vendor. It arrived quickly. I noticed that it had threaded holes to add an accessory. I phoned Losmandy to get the part number for this accessory since it was not on the Losmandy website. Turned out, the accessory I wanted was part of the original purchase.

Rather then send me back to the vendor to correct the vendor's error, Losmandy sent me the part, free of charge.

Good to hear, now some people would go back to the vendor in any case to get the part; and sell it.
