Hi - my Classic is down and I'm thinking of swapping to a LX200 12" GPS - if the exchange is painless :o

Can anyone confirm or otherwise that the base plate on the Classic Meade 12" LX200 is identical to the LX200 12" GPS with Autostar II with regard to the 4 corner fixing bolt positions and size? TIA

I swapped my 12 inch classic for a GPS without a problem on the same wedge.

If Chris is 98% sure that's as good as most of us saying yes it works lol. Hey Chris how's paradise? long time no talk too. In NY we must have had the worst seeing conditions for the past six months that can be possible! Then this disaster of a storm.
