...and environs. As promised in the NGC 891 drawing thread, here is another drawing from the same night, depicting NGC507 and its neighboring galaxies, sketched in the more "traditional" way. Now, what do you think in comparison with the NGC 891 sketch and the Megastar stars?

Stars are more natural, well done.

I count 7 galaxies? I had to use averted vision to see them. :lol:

Yea, I like it, Rolando. It still has a bit of that ghostly appearance.

In any case, it's a great sketch.

I love the astigmatism on the bright star (HIP 6467, I believe). Nice image. I'll have to hunt that cluster down once my 10" is up and running.
