hi all,

I had good Seeing.
At that night I observed with my 6" & 10" Dobsons.
First here two sketches with the little Dob:

a) 18:50 UT, V 150x - 6mm Baader Genuine
I 53° II 174°
Fog stopped the sketch so I can´t finished...
I measured before the BA position at ZM II 160°

b) 22:00 UT, V 180x - 5mm Astroplan 5mm Kasai
I 169° II 289°

Bye Christian

Christian, I really enjoy your 6" sketches, I observe using the same aperture. And your 10" sketch is just overflowing with features. Both scopes seem to show the same stuff, pretty much, with the 10 probably showing it better. Well done.

I was thinking the same as I compared your images, Cristian. It's as if you were able to "supercharge" the focus by adding those extra inches. All quality observations, BTW. It's cool that you caught the NTB in similar positions in the 2nd and 3rd images. That rift just pops in your 10". It makes me feel even itchier to get my own 10" up and running.

Christian,

Well done sketch set. The sketch done with the 25cm scope is amazingly detailed.
