i have the moonlite-fucuser with the moonlite controler , with the non-ascom-program ist no problem , the motor works.

with maxim-dl and focusmax the system works perfect in simulatormode.
when i connect the motor , no movement was observed ( motor is perfect connected ).

gotta be the ASCOM driver

ASCOM focus driver page
Moonlight ASCOM drivers near the bottom

Make sure you have the latest ASCOM, version 6.

I use the Moonlight focuser with Focusmax and Maxim, it works great!! Keep at it, you'll be happy when it's running. Do you have the USB or serial connected version?

hi jose,
thank you for answering,
i think everything is ok , i have the newest ascomplatform and this ascom-driver , but i use com8 instead of usb2.
for this change i must download a driver from microsoft , right ? but a cannot find this driver.
is it nessesary to use usb2-port.
with com8 , the motor works in jog-mode in FM , but not in normal FM-working-area.should the connectionmode ( usb2 - com8 ) be the problem , in a clear night i will test.

best regards to canada
