Posted Image

This was image from 08-10-12 to 10-07-12

I was surprised to see some nebulosity when I started to stretch the images. I would have liked to of brought it out more but I felt the image just got too noisy. Let me know your thoughts. Please click on one of the links since I had to highly compress the image to meet the CN posting guidelines.

Thanks for looking,

Josh

Beautiful image! I guess the nebulosity you mentioned is a part of IFN.

Beautiful image Josh. You got a little bit of everything in here! How dark are your skies?

Steve, the skies are decent,

Only about 800ft. elevation though. Just have to make the best of what we have, I know its a lot better than some have.

Really nice Josh. I have to drive out to the Danville Conservation Area around an hour from you to get those kinds of skies.

It is really nice. What is even nicer is all my images taken after September 2011 were taken remotely from home, talk about getting spoiled. Here are a few pictures of the observatory.

Really nice. I'm spoiled on doing everything remote, too but not to your level. Even when I go to Danville, I end up controlling from inside the car if the weather isn't nice.

Have room for more another setup? :)

Excellent image and I'm very envious of your setup! You have exactly what I dream of owning one day. Also, Jefferson City is a real nice place. My brother and I were up in your area for the UGA vs Mizzou football game and stayed there in Jefferson City. Wonderful area and the people were extremely friendly. Class act all the way around.
