What is the probability of chance alignment resulting in one ring galaxy being positioned face on, visible inside the ring of another face on ring galaxy? (Obviously nonzero, since Hoag's Object exists)

Maybe like gravitational microlensing events - extremely improbable but if you watch enough stars for long enough, you'll catch one...
