At a time when other venders are having hard times and
poor support of there new mounts,but not Ioptron.

I just bought a new iEQ45C (modified clutch).
And just have to give this Company a Thank You.

They have been very good to support me in fast and great respose to my concerns.I feel that I get treatted as a
real person..and not a number.Because of this it makes me want to look at all the positive things about this mount
and the satisfaction that Im not alone with my mount.
Great Job Ioptron !
I even got respone this am (Saturday...wow)
This has made me very happy with my choice of new mounts
in the market place..They go out of there way to support
this product..

I have also had good experiences with iOptron tech support. I now own a SmartEQ and an iEQ45.
