Hi.

Unexpected beautiful day today. After 18 inches of snow, I plowed a way to my dome from 12:30pm and came back to the house at 3pm. I've been outside during all this time at -13ºC. But this time that wasn't that comfortable as usual because there was a medium wind blowing from north-west and the sun was south-west. But because the sun is so nice these days, I resist the cold weather to capture these sketches for me and for your pleasure.

Andre.

Thank you once again friends.

Frank, the trick to warm up your hands during a such long exposure to cold, use an hair dryer, very efficient. Easy to do when you are in a dome with electricity.

Jim.

Thanks to you. Oh boy, two weeks !!! I know what you can feel, we are just out of 8 days in a row. That so discouraging seeing that much clouds.

Andre, sorry I have been remiss in keeping up. The weather here stinks and other topics have eaten up my time.

But, still sneaking a peek when time permits. :)

Happy new year, sir.

Ed.

Thank a lot my friend. Imagine we would be able to meet all the sketchers together to discuss about our different technique, that would be so nice. You would be able to look through my scope. I think what really make my sketches real is the white regions. I myself find them so real and I like when there is some on the sun. But it require more treatment in photoshop.

Thanks Norme. Thing going very very good, sky is actually clearing, I'm preparing to go outside for today's sun sketches. It's quite cold -12ºC with a constant wind. That will be cold but I'm ready. I won't miss a sunny day when I'm at home.

Andre.
