I found this free Star Wheel from Uncle Al's Hands-On Universe today. It is a printable Star Wheel that was very easy to construct and comes with 2 wheels. I had some heavy grade artist paper which worked very well and used some thin cardboard from a soda container to help reinforce the wheel holder. It was fun to make and as always when you can make it for free all the better. Happy New Year Everyone..

I put on an astronomy night for a friends 4th grade class every year - spring and fall. I print these on colored stock and the teacher has the kids cut them out and put them together. A lot of fun.

Thanks for the link! This will be a great outreach project. We print these up before hand and then help the public (kids and adults) make these at the star parties before sunset and they can take them home afterwards too.
