Here's some more Desert Fruit ;) from our travel to Namibia back in 2011... It's only one image from a very long back log still patiently awaiting attendance :-)

It was quite a struggle to retrieve the luminosity variations from the overall quite good data.
There was an ocean of signal to start with, but very, very little variations, so the work required moving ahead in very small steps, sometimes turning back and starting anew.

I hope you like it, and any comments are, as always, very welcome.

Cheers,
Harel

Well done Harel. Are you sure you don't have any more subs tucked away from that trip?

Thanks!
Mmmm... I've got plenty more - starting with the color for this object, and then for that year and also for last years trip... I think I won't be able to process them all before I hit the Kalahari again this coming May :-)
Cheers,
Harel

Guys
Seems I'm in trouble with the col for this image..l
Upon the advice of one of my partners to this trip, I have taken a severely insufficient number of color frames - which is even worse given the strong lum and high contrast of the Ha.
If any of you has a good color stack for this object - I will be in eternal debt :-)
...
Cheers,
Harel
