While the weather hasn't been all that flash of late, the sun certainly is in entertain mode, there are some wonderful features appearing.
Get a look at it.
6 panels, Lunt ED102 scope, with SM60/BF15, Flea2.

Thanks all. The scope has lain idle since I received it late last year. I am waiting on an engineer locally to make me an adaptor to attach the SM90 etalon onto it. In the meantime though I found an adaptor that accepts the SM60 etalon, and attaches to the front of the likes of the Tak FS102, using the thread on the front of the dew-shield. The front of the Lunt did not match this, but was close enough for me to attach the adaptor and SM60 with some tape, not for the faint-hearted, but it held, and is still there. The BF15 went at the other end of course, no issues there.
The SM60 is a loaner, it is actually a complete SolarMax 60, the pre-Meade version, and is a stunner. I usually use the etalon and blocking filter on an old Zeiss AS63/840 scope, have an adaptor that eliminates the tape, LOL. I did want to try the Lunt though, and am glad I did.

Nice Gary but it needs to be a lot bigger mate. I cannot really get the full value from such a tiny image my friend from over the ditch. How about putting it on your site and putting up the link?

Excellent as always. No sun here for weeks, either. Thanks for letting us live vicariously through your telescope.

LOL, you are just trying to push me into renovating that cursed site of mine. It is the "to do" basket though Paul, for sure. And this rev-up is really just what I need.
