What is the correct pronunciation of "Baader", as in Baader filters? Sounds like?

Must be a long a sound as aaaaaahhhhhh. That's how it'd be auf Deutsch, anyway.

I've heard someone say bay der before. Not sure if that is right. I say baaa der, like a sheep, which strictly based on how poorly I pronounce everything else is surely wrong.

Saw a video of a zummell salesman pronounce that jew mel. Or a similar sound like au jus, that you'd maybe dip a sandwitch or steak in. I pronounced that zum mel before that.

As it happens, Baader Planetarium, which sells the film, is in fact in Germany.

It's no bodder to answer questions like this.
