Hi.

Beautiful clear sky today to sketch. But because of the really poor seeing, only a full disk was possible. So here it is.

Andre.

Great job! If I didn't know better, I'd think I was looking at a photographic image.

Terrific Andre!, I was just about an hour later than you when I grabbed my HA image, we could just about overlay your drawing with my image (mine is reversed from yours!)and they would match really well!

Warren.

You are right, they mostly match. It's fun.

If full disk is the best your seeing allows you'll get no complaints from me. Amazing as always.

No Michel.

Your sketches are not poor. They are good considering the instrument you're using. We obtain what the instrument can show us.... You are talented enough and you would do much better with a larger instrument for sure.

Again superb work, André. I'm an admirer and always look forward to your daily drawings.

@Michel: Don't feel bad because like André said your drawings aren't poor at all. On the contrary I would say! I love your drawings just as much because they reflect what YOU saw and who YOU are: a very fine artist and a passionate astronomy lover. And as I said in another post, it's nice being able to compare both drawings and to see how the both of you perceived a certain detail on the sun.

Cheers,

Peter
