The day before Teeter's price went up on the STSs he told me the new mirror cell would add $275 to the cost of the scope with the other options I wanted would be $4,075 including shipping. I didn't order it then though I definately wanted the scope. When I saw the new price and added up the options it came to $4,275. I called right away. Rob told me he had added in other cost increases from his suppliers but would honor the price he had given me the day before. Thanks! My 11" STS will have a F/5 Zambuto primary, 1/30th wave secondary, two speed Moonlight focuser and 50mm SV finder. I'm going to pass on the digital setting circles because at some point I'm going to buy a stand alone goto mount, maybe the Meade LX850 to use with my new newt and other OTAs. David

Congratulations. Well, mine has a 4.5 Waite, a 1/30 secondary, a two-speed Feather Touch, and a 50mm Stellarvue--and I love it. I'm sure you will be delighted with yours. Rob does a great job, and I think the S.T.S. series will turn out to be classic scopes.

Dark skies.

Yes Congradulations! I am eagerly awaiting my 15" classic which should be complete by April this year. I guess Carl Zambuto has been backed up all year which is the reason for my scope delay. ( mine was supposed to be completed by this past November). All good things come to those who wait!

Teeter makes beautiful telescopes.

I like the cherry stain with the brass accents.

I look forward to seeing pictures of your most excellent choice in telescopes.
