This was supposed to be a sketch of Europa about to transit, but the clouds moved in and ruined my plans. Luckily, I had just made this sketch, which showed a number of interesting features including dark barges and a distinct split in the SEB, which I believe has also been noted by others…. :refractor::rollgrin: :yawn:

Beautiful details in your sketch. It's sad the clouds ruined your plan. I know what you're feeling.

Fine sketch! Do you have the CM? I think you sketched the same region than my last Jupiter sketch...

Ian,

That is a very fine detailed sketch of Jupiter.
From your fine sketch I'd say your viewing was pretty good.
I am hoping for some better seeing to get a good view for sketching soon.
