A image of the Moon from January 18th 2013 shot with a 32 year old 60mm F7 Carton refractor and Orion solar system IV camera.

Thanks the older Cartons are amazing here is a picture of my setup.The best 60mm acromat i have ever used no contest.I had to use the tube from my barlow to extend the drawtube it was a little short to bring my planetary camera to focus.

If you get the exposure correct you won't see any color. This is a hand held afocal shot thru my 10" f/11 R30 Istar. I doubt that it was even focused exactly either. Just goofin' around for kicks mainly. :grin: Mike

Great pic's... Keep them coming. Include a setup of the classic scope setup with the image if possible. More eye candy is always a great thing.

Some great photos this would make a great sticky thread.I did shoot in black and white but false color is not too bad in this scope.I took 4 seconds of video stacked it in Avistack 2 then did the post in GIMP.
