but image failed to move when click auto guider. I could see the arrow flash.but mount doesn't move.

Hi Sam,
You can send me the log.txt once more and if you find some time you can try out some code adjustments.
Let me know.

I use Autoguide with great success on my EQ6, had to
play with setup and so on.
Here you have the FC-ini-file with the parameters for
Autoguiding that work for me!

useAutoguider=true
autoguiderInterface=EQMOD.Telescope
autoguiderRate=2
autoguiderDurationRA=200
autoguiderDurationDEC=200
autoguiderToleranceRA=10
autoguiderToleranceDEC=10
autoguiderBacklashRA=0
autoguiderBacklashDEC=0
autoguiderFlipRA=true
autoguiderFlipDec=true
autoguiderRateRA=0.002924651916666667
autoguiderRateDec=0.002924651916666667
autoguiderRAMinusFactor=1
autoguiderCOMPort=COM1

In EQMOD I have set the rates as follows:
AUTOGUIDER_DEC=x0.75
AUTOGUIDER_RA=x0.75

I hope that helps for you!
Let us know!

Good to hear Sam, are you using an AZ mount?
By the way I can't find build #38 yet on the usual
website.
Edit: Oops, sorry I just saw you are using HEQ5
and not an AZ mount.
