Who makes this off axis guider???

I recently picked up this off axis guider on ebay for my SCT and cannot find a brand anywhere on it. The seller had no info on it either. It is nicely built, all metal, with a nice big focal reducer in the middle too. Does not look like any ones I have seen on the web. I suspect an older model, since its built like a tank like my Lumicon big guider. Thanks to anyone that can help me ID the maker.

Looks old, Japanese. Does this thread on the 3" rear port of the larger Meade or Celestron SCTs? These three inch ports have a different thread so it was likely made for one of the companies.

George, It threads to back of Celestron 2" visual back fine.
