Hi gang!
I rethought the whole thing and just made a table for all libration events (attached). I added the mins too.

I have wanted something like this for some time! How hard would it be to include the position angle of the maximum librations?

Just when I thought this post would die a slow and quiet death. I've got a little too much going on right now but I like the position angle idea as a "one better". Where do you prefer ZERO to be, North or East?

Ed: I think you figured this out already, but the standard representation is zero degrees at celestial north and increasing counterclockwise. By including the PA, observers can easily see which part of the limb is rotated forward for favorable views. A few years ago, I had the experience where the libration was entirely out of sync with the phase! Dave

MIN IS THE COMBINED MINIMUM OF LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE
LAT IS THE MAXIMUM FOR LATITUDE
LNG IS THE MAXIMUM FOR LONGITUDE
LAT0 AND LNG0 ARE OBVIOUS

My Zero degrees is Selenocentric North increasing counter clockwise, so 90 is Selenocentric West, 180 South, and 270 East.
