M110! Plus an extra?

Over on the left side of m110 is a "smiley face" with what looks to be another galaxy. Can anyone identify this?

While the USNO-A2 designations of the faint non-stellar objects in your image does provide useful useful information, it lacks the classification data that would be found in a non-stellar catalog. So ... yes, the objects have been identified since they have a unique designation number in a star catalog and ... no, they have not been identified since there is no information on the type of object or its characteristics.
The image itself is very impressive ... it's not always easy to pick up the dark structure on both sides of the core in M110.
